DEPOSITS
Deposits are required for most hair extension services. The deposit is due in advance of your appointment confirmation. Deposits can range from $100 to half the price of service depending on extension method. No appointment will be confirmed unless the deposit is paid prior to your desired appointment date.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-transferable.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are required to be made at least 72 hours (3days) in advance of your appointment date. Cancellations after 72 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. There will be a fee added to your next appointment if you fail to cancel your scheduled appointment.
Deposits for properly canceled appointments will only be held for 14 days. If you do not reschedule within the 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
